I HATE Roses!
Okay, let me clarify. I don't hate the kind that you pick from a rose bush and you put into a vase or the kind your husband brings you. I do, however, HATE the kind made out of icing!!! I have a new found respect for all of those cake decorators out there who do this for a living!
Today was my last class in the level 1 cake decorating class. I graduated and got my certificate by the skin of my teeth! Those darn roses almost did me in!
