No Martha Stewart!

After school yesterday, I decided to let the boys make witch cupcakes. Well, lets just say that it sounded easier than it was! Here is the finished product.....



We decided these were too hard and just finished off the remaining cupcakes with candy! These are much better!



While I was cleaning up the kitchen from all of our cupcake fun, Jack decided to play "cymbals" with my pot lids! He was going to sneak up to Judd and clank the "cymbals" close to his ear and he got Judd in the forehead by accident. Blood gushed out like you wouldn't believe! I knew from past experiences that head injuries bleed alot, so I didn't freak out (although both boys did)! It did appear to need a couple of stitches, though. It was pretty deep! So, off to the Urgent Care we went! The doctor agreed it was deep enough for stitches, but would try gluing it first. As long as the glue held it together, we could forgo the stitches! Thankfully, the glue worked! Whew!!!!! Here is a picture after the gash was glued together. I didn't get a "before glue" picture in all of the hysteria!
