It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

We finally got our tree Friday night and decorated it yesterday. I think it looks really pretty!

Here are a few of my favorite decorations this year.

This is our small tree in the family room. I like it because I can see it from the kitchen where I spend so much time! I just need to find a way to hide the cords.

Here are some other miscellaneous pictures around the house.

The little Santa and Mrs. Claus salt and pepper shakers were my Mom's. I remember them when we were little. I love that I got to have those! The Santa plate is from my sweet neighbor, Sacha! She spoils me!

The Nativity in this picture is from my friend, Amy. She gave me this last year. I love it because the people and animals are glued down so Jack can't take them out like he did with our old one. We were always missing an animal or baby Jesus before! Ha!

I have used this little airplane tree in the boys bathroom for several years now. I still love it!

Bart made waffles for us this morning. We are about to enjoy breakfast with our new fun tablecloth and Christmas dishes my friend, Sacha, gave us!

I am always trying to find something creative to put in these on our dinning room table. This is the best I could do this time!

Lastly, here is a menu I have on my refrigerator. It is from my Granny (in her hand writing). This was a typical Christmas dinner she fixed for years! This is such a treasure to me! It brings back great memories in the little yellow house! I can smell her cooking now! Love you, Granny!

  1. It looks wonderful! I love the little tree in the boys room... I need to work on getting decorations every where instead of just the living room/dining room.
