Exercise Bike, The Shred, Lunges, Squats, WW, etc...

Yes, it's that time!!!!!! DETOX begins tomorrow! My goal is to lose 30 pounds by the time school is out! I have 5 months to do it and I think that is a reasonable goal! I would like to be down 20 pounds by Spring Break in March! It will take a lot of hard work and determination, but I know I can do it! This time, Bart is doing it with me, so that will make it easier to stick to my plan!
