So Long, Farewell.....

Today was a sad day for us. We had to say goodbye to our dear, sweet neighbors, Bill and Mary. They are moving to IL for Bill's job. I had been dreading this day since Mary told me they were going to be moving about a month ago.



Bill and Mary will be missed so much. I prayed for specific neighbors when we moved into this house and I truly believe it was no accident that God placed us next door to Bill and Mary. They are the type of people that would do anything for you! Mary has kept our dog for up to a week at a time while we were out of town. She even throws him treats across the fence from time to time! Max is going to miss her and his playmate, Lizzy so much! The boys play in Mary's yard as much as they play in ours. They are very comfortable over there (and Mary and Bill never seemed to mind)! They also love when their Granddaughter, Jessie, comes for a visit! They love getting to play with her! Mary is the type of person that LOVES to work in her yard! Her yard is always the best looking yard on our street! She puts alot of work into it! She loves doing yard work so much, that she has even helped with our yard numerous times when Bart has been out of town.

We could never express to Mary and Bill how much they mean to us, but they will be missed so much! The people that end up buying their house will have some really big shoes to fill! And some people in IL are gaining some really terrific neighbors and don't even know it yet!

Here are a few pics from our last weekend with Mary. The boys got to go swimming with Jessie yesterday and had a blast!
