Blizzard Bonanza!

We experienced historical amounts of snow here in Tulsa yesterday! We have 15 inches of snow!! That is the most snow I have ever seen! Crazy, right?! It started with a thunder sleet storm Monday night, which I had never heard of. I heard it was very loud and unusual. I will have to take everyone's word for it, though. I slept right through it! :) When I woke up the next morning, the snow was still coming down. It continued to come down (in blizzard fashion) for most of the day.

It was so cold and the wind made it impossible to go outside and play (well for most of us). Judd braved the cold in small spurts and went out some. Here are a few pics.

Max refused to go outside to potty. We tried bribing him with treats and turkey bacon. It didn't work, though. He was not having any part of that snow! Finally, Judd went out and dug him a path so he could go to the bathroom.

The laundry! (Yes, we are still without carpet! Waiting for the restoration company and ins company to get on the same page.)



We are still snowed in. Bart is working from home again today. He and Judd are going to shovel off our driveway this afternoon. In the meantime, I will enjoy the fireplace, soup in the crockpot, hot tea and coffee and watching the boys play in the 5 degree weather from the window! Brrrr!
