5th Grade Day!

Today was 5th Grade Day at school!  It's a day all 5th graders look forward to at Country Lane!  It's like a right of passage from finishing elementary school and going to middle school!  It's a day of celebration!  The kids all had a blast!

Here is the back of the shirt.  Class of 2019.  That sounds far away, but I know 2019 will be here before we know it!

The kids had a great time at 5th Grade Day!  They had pizza, snow cones, cookies, pop (yes, I said pop), etc...  They played dodge ball, Minute to Win It, water games, etc...  They even had a "Centennial Send Off".  All of the 3rd and 4th graders lined the street and the 5th graders walked through them, like a parade, to represent them making the transition from Country Lane Intermediate to Centennial Middle School.  So exciting!  The kids thought they were hot stuff!
