Day 13


B'fast - coffee, bb/ban/spinach/choc/pb2 shake
Snack - brown rice cake w/almond butter
Lunch - choc/rasp/spinach shake
Snack - cashews/dried cranberries
Snack - greek yogurt
Dinner - burger (no bread) w/spinach, tomatoes and a pickle, 1 tsp baked beans, fresh corn on the cob (plain), watermellon

Exercise:  cardio mix up (bike, boxing, stair runs, abs), laps in the pool (with Jack on my back)

Water:  Not sure.  I did ok.

Side note...I thought I made a pretty healthy choice by eating Chipotle last night.  I was wrong!  My stomach was not right today.  It just goes to show, if you didn't make it at home, it's probably not "good" even if they claim it is "fresh".
