Day 24
B'fast - coffee, shake w/fruit and spinach
Snack - rice cake w/almond butter, greek yogurt
Lunch - shake w/fruit and spinach, bean chips and salsa
Snack - coffee (I know, I know), cashews
Dinner - chicken, brown rice, carrots, squash, zucchini and onions
Snack - Jack's apple peel
Exercise - 40 min bike
Water - Around 45 ounces. Not enough by a long shot!
