Judd's Birthday Weekend

We went to Tulsa to celebrate Judd's 13th Birthday!  It was a very quick, but fun-filled trip!  :)

We got to Tulsa right before lunch on Saturday.  I got to have lunch with Erin (forgot to take a picture).  Then, we went to see the John, Jennifer, Jackson and Blake (again, forgot to take a picture).

Judd had his party at Sky Zone, a new trampoline park in Tulsa.  I think it's safe to say he and his friends had a BLAST!

This picture makes me so happy and sad at the same time.  LOVE. THESE. KIDS.

I got to see some of my favorite girls.  It just wasn't long enough, though.  :(

Jack invited Kyler to the party to play with him.  These two buddies had THE BEST time together!  :)

After the party, Bart took Kyler and Jack to see a movie and I met Kelly, Abby, and Natalie for dinner. 

Kyler stayed with us at the hotel since Judd stayed the night with Ethan and Hunter.  He and Jack stayed up late and got up early.  They are such good friends.

We were keeping an eye on the weather.  We knew snow was coming, but we were hoping it would come after we left town.  Well, we decided we better skip church and get on the road since it started snowing at breakfast.

Look!  It's snowing!

And snowing, it did!  Holy cow!

I was so afraid to travel in the snow and ice.  Bart was determined to give it a try.  So, we did. 

We had to pull over a couple of times to scrape the windshield.  It was a solid sheet of ice.

It kept coming and coming.

I still can't believe Bart drove through this.  He did amazing!

Max wasn't worried at all.  LOL!

We made it home in double the time it normally takes us, but that's ok.  We made it safely and Judd was reunited with his buddies for his Birthday.  That made it all worthwhile!
