Marching Season 2017 - That's a Wrap!

To say this marching season was a blast, would be an understatement!  SO FUN!  I have never been so proud!!  Our Mighty Eagle Band took the title of "Grand National Champions" in their first competition of the season!  

  

Then, they placed 2nd in the area state competition.  So, for the first time in PHS history, they headed to STATE!!!  Woo hoo!!

We lined the streets and cheered them on as they left town!

Carrie, Tasha and I loaded up and followed them to San Antonio!  NO WAY were we missing out on all the fun!

They did SO GOOD and MADE FINALS!!!!  So very exciting!

On the way home, the moms made a little detour.  How could we not?!  ;) 

The kids loaded the buses after the finals in San Antonio and drove through the night to the airport.  They flew to Indianapolis the next morning for the Bands of America Grand National Competition.

It was truly an honor for our band to be there.  They made finals and got to see some amazing performances!  Our band put Prosper on the map this year and it was so fun being a part of it!  What a blast!  So happy for Judd!
