NYC - Part 2

NYC was so much fun! I am so glad we got to go as a family!

Here is part 2 of our trip!

We LOVED Chelsea and the Meat Packing District. The weather was nasty that day (snow, rain and SO, SO COLD!) We didn't let it slow us down, though. We bundled up and went exploring!

After checking out Chelsea and the Meat Packing District, we headed over to SoHo. We had to try the famous cronuts we had heard so much about!

That night, we saw Aladdin and it did not disappoint! As a matter of fact, 3 out of the 4 of us thought it was the highlight of our trip! So great!

The next day, we headed out for a tour of NBC studios. We had a star sighting outside of Good Morning America on our way there. I really didn't know who she was, but the paparazzi sure did! They were crazy! Apparently, she stars in the new Tomb Raider movie.

Bart wanted a special souvenir to take home from our trip, and boy did he find it! Like father, like son. He loves a good watch! Haha!

Next up...Our NBC tour! So fun!! I didn't get many pics because they don't allow pictures on the tour. Boo! Here are a couple from the gift shop area.

That's HODA right there!! She was there for a book signing! So very cool!

After the tour, we grabbed some lunch and then headed over to Central Park for a pedicab tour.

The hat and scarf I purchased from a stranger on the street! Did I mention it was COLD?? BRRRRRR!

Here we go!

This tour was so much fun! Another one of our favorite things we did!

That night, we cleaned up and went to Tavern on the Green for dinner. It was a real treat!

Judd was very adventurous and tried octopus. He said it was good, tasted like chicken. (I took his word for it!) ;)

We wrapped up our trip with some gourmet donuts. SO GOOD! Then, we explored the Upper West Side of Manhattan. We ate at Sarabeth's and then walked back through Central Park.
