Our Summer With Sonia - Part 3

We loaded up the car and headed out on our traditional road trip to SWEET HOME ALABAMA!  We were so excited to introduce Sonia to our family and show her the beach!

 We stopped off in Clinton for the night to stay with our favorite aunt and uncle!  As always, we had a wonderful time catching up with them! 

Cooper LOVED Aunt Donna, Uncle Bill, Hadley and Harley!

Coffee time with one of my favorites! 

We took the dogs on a walk.  It was hot and humid, but fun!

We stopped and picked some tomatoes (hello summertime in the south!).

Next stop...Mobile!

My Mom was sweet and had a Birthday cake for Bart!  :)

We went swimming with Deana and the kids.  Sonia loved that pool like my boys do!  Thanks for having us, Deana!

Jack and the fat cat!  LOL!  Ahhhhhh-chooooooo!  (He's terribly allergic to cats!)

And Cooper and Mae Mobley had THE BEST time together!

Next, we headed to the BEACH for a few days!  One of the things Sonia was most looking forward to doing while in America, was to go to "the ocean"!  So, we were really excited to show her Orange Beach!

So relaxing!

My favorite beach coffee buddies drove all the way to the beach to have coffee with me one morning!  :)

The waves were huge and the weather was perfect!

We got to see the early 4th of July fireworks show at the wharf!

When we got back to the condo, we went crab hunting!

On the 4th of July, we headed over to Chandley and Doyle's beach house for the day!

This sweet girl used this little yellow net to catch fish and crabs (and almost a snake) for at least 3 hours straight!  She LOVES the water and LOVES animals so much!

Uncle Doyle made our kid's whole summer by letting them shoot fireworks!!  SO FUN!

It was a great time at the beach!  And a fun 4th of July with family! :)
