Grand Nationals with the Mighty Eagle Band!

I am so thankful I was able to go to Indianapolis with Judd and the Mighty Eagles for the Grand Nationals!  Grand Nationals is like the super bowl of high school marching band.  The competition is NEXT LEVEL.

Meanwhile, the parents flew Southwest!  Haha!

They were the very first band to take the field.  We got in really late the night before, so that call time was EARLY (like 4AM early)!  

They did great though and made it to semi-finals!

Watching Judd's very last practice every for the Mighty Eagle Band was a little sad if I'm honest.

But a little yummy dessert helped my feelings!  ;)

They did amazing and even made the FINALS!!!  Woo hoo!!!!!  So exciting!

Oh, and look who I ran into!

Judd and Ethan found each other and chatted a bit!  

This is when all of the bands took the field to announce the winners at the end.  Isn't that the coolest?!

To say I am proud is an understatement!  

What a great way to end Judd's marching season his Senior year.  Great memories to last a life time!
